A $1.3 million condominium in downtown Sioux Falls is finished and for sale.
The 3,000-square-foot unit is above J.H. & Sons clothing shop at 216 S. Phillips Ave.
It features multiple outdoor spaces, a four-season room, a hot tub and a 20-foot spiral staircase.
“Interest has been amazing,” said Aaron Hultgren of Hultgren Construction, the contractor on the project. “Lots of emails and calls prior to hitting the market.”
The condo includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a walk-in shower. There are built-in cabinets, in-floor heating and mostly wood flooring.
It is being listed with Ameri/Star Real Estate.
“We are working with a couple potential buyers but no formal offers yet,” Hultgren said.
