Office space on the first four floors and luxury loft apartments on the top three floors; indoor parking; built in 1916; listed on the National Historical Registry; robbed by John Dillinger in 1936; fully leased – large law firm, trust companies, financial planning firms, real estate development company, etc.

Equity Square
Completely renovated four-story 50,000+ square-foot mixed-use building located on the downtown RiverWalk in Sioux Falls, SD.
Renovation completed in 2017; currently being leased-up; current tenants include local and national law firms, national trust companies, retail banking operations, etc.; working with potential restaurant tenant on remaining first floor space.
